Day 1: Arrival & Coastal Welcome | Negombo Beach Relaxation

AYUBOWAN! Welcome to beautiful Sri Lanka. Upon landing at the Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB), you will be warmly met by your private tour representative and driver.

A short drive brings you to the vibrant coastal town of Negombo. For day one, no strenuous activities are planned, giving you complete freedom to settle into your hotel, recover from your flight, and unwind. Spend your afternoon strolling along the wide sandy shores or relaxing by the pool as you soak up the refreshing ocean breeze and prepare for the cross-island adventure ahead.

Day 2: Negombo to Kandy | Cultural Heartlands & Gemstone Lapidary

Today we leave the coast behind and journey into the cultural center of the island, arriving in the historic hill capital of Kandy.

Enjoy a scenic perimeter drive around the beautiful Kandy Lake, taking in the serene reflections of the surrounding hills and the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic. Later, we will visit a traditional gemstone lapidary tour to discover Sri Lanka's world-famous sapphire heritage, observing how these precious stones are mined, cut, and polished by master craftsmen.

Day 3: Kandy to Nuwara Eliya | Waterfalls & Old British Tea Factory processing

We ascend deeper into the mist-shrouded central highlands today towards Nuwara Eliya, affectionately known as "Little England."

En route, we will stop for spectacular viewpoint photography at the cascading Ramboda Falls, capturing the raw power of the mountain waters against lush greenery. As we enter the endless rolling green hills, we will tour an authentic Old British-built tea factory. You will experience an immersive processing demonstration, learning how fresh tea leaves are plucked, dried, and fermented, concluding with a tasting of premium Ceylon tea.

Day 4: Nuwara Eliya to Ella | Mountain Trekking & Nine Arch Bridge Walk

Journey onward to the cozy mountain village of Ella, passing through some of the most striking landscapes on the island.

Lace up your shoes for a refreshing mountain trek among the vibrant green tea fields up to Little Adam’s Peak, where you will be rewarded with sweeping panoramic views of the Ella Gap. Afterward, we will take a historical architectural walk down to the iconic Ella Nine Arch Bridge, standing beneath this colonial-era railway marvel to watch the trains pass along the jungle canopy.

Day 5: Ella to Yala | Wild Safari & Leopard-Spotting Drive

We descend from the cool mountains today and travel south towards the dry-zone wilderness of Yala.

In the afternoon, climb aboard a rugged 4x4 vehicle for a thrilling safari drive inside Yala National Park. Keep your eyes sharp and cameras ready as your expert tracker navigates the park's optimal zones for leopard-spotting. Beyond the elusive big cats, you will come face-to-face with wild elephants, sloth bears, spotted deer, and a spectacular array of tropical birdlife.

Day 6: Yala to Mirissa | Southern Sunsets & Golden Beaches

Head towards the beautiful southern coastline today, arriving at the picturesque tropical crescent bay of Mirissa.

Today is dedicated entirely to pure leisure and coastal relaxation. Spend your afternoon sinking your toes into the soft sand, swimming in the warm Indian Ocean, or sipping fresh coconut water. As evening approaches, find a cozy spot on the shore to witness the breathtaking, unobstructed Indian Ocean sunset views that make Mirissa world-famous.

Day 7: Mirissa to Airport via Kosgoda | Turtle Conservation & Departure

Enjoy a final morning by the sea before starting our return journey along the coast.

On our way back toward the airport, we will stop in Kosgoda for an educational turtle protection conservation hatchery tour. Learn about the crucial efforts being made to rescue injured sea turtles and protect vulnerable nesting eggs from poachers, and catch a glimpse of newborn hatchlings. Following the tour, your driver will comfortably transfer you back to the international airport via the expressway in time for your departure flight home.
